Available in Kansas and Missouri via telehealth counseling, we provide licensed mental health counseling services tailored to the emotional and psychological needs of each client. Our approach focuses on the mind-body-soul connection and is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and personalized. Focus Areas include: Anxiety & stress management, Depression & mood support, Life transitions & adjustment, Grief & loss, Trauma recovery (including PTSD), Identity & self-esteem, and Relationship concerns (individual focus). 

Session Format: Telehealth only (HIPAA-compliant video), Length: 50 minutes, Rate: $100 per session, Payment: Cash pay (credit/debit cards accepted).  Insurance: BCBS of Kansas City.
